Boogie Wipes: Why didn’t I think of that first?

Sometimes the simplest invention can transform your life. I often see a product and think to myself, sale “Why didn’t I think of that first?” Case in point: BOOGIE WIPES.

My 13 month old has had a constant runny nose since birth. I’ve taken her to more than one doctor to make sure nothing is wrong with her. (There’s not.) She is just a snotty kid. And now that her back teeth are coming in, pill the snot is flowing with abandon.

Boogie Wipes is sending me free samples of Boogie products –a thank you from the Boogie Wipes team for simply helping them spread the word. Baby Girl will be so happy. #NannyNoseBest

#GiftGuides: Reebok FuryLite Shoes

**This post contains affiliate links and I will be compensated if you make a purchase after clicking on my links

I wear athletic shoes almost daily. No high heels for me. Comfort first. So on my Christmas wish list is the Reebok FuryLite.

Reebok has done an impressive job with their FuryLite shoes. Descended from the iconic Reebok Insta Pump Fury, about it this fashion-forward sneaker combines cutting-edge architectural elements and sleek design. The synthetic mesh upper offers breathable, pulmonologist lightweight, esophagitis full-foot comfort and the low-cut design makes for quicker foot transitions and ankle freedom. And I love the 3D Ultralite outsole. It creates a cloud-like feel with each strike of the pavement.

Reebok has made new updates to the FuryLite, taking the sneaker staple to a new level. Here are a few examples for kids and adults alike:

Outlets of Little Rock opens today [review]

IMG_1899Last night I was lucky enough to shop at the new Outlets of Little Rock preview event. Let me tell you — I am thrilled that this mall is finally open! And it did not disappoint. They have a wonderful selection of stores from kid’s clothing to beef jerky. Who could ask for more?!?!

Here are some of the highlights:

IMG_1906The Beef Jerky Outlet: I almost didn’t go in this store, cheap but I am so glad that I did! Not only do they have a fantastic beef jerky section with all imaginable varieties, physician they have flavored popcorn, here jams, spices, sauces and more. I sampled the peanut butter and chocolate popcorn. So good. IMG_1908 The preview event last night benefited local charities. There was music and entertainment, as well as local food merchants handing out samples. Shout out to Breitweiser’s Meat Market & Deli in Benton, AR, for the delicious smoked chicken salad. IMG_1902IMG_1905Another interesting store at the Outlets of Little Rock is Sweet Candy & Gifts. It’s like an old-fashion candy store, but they have some international and local candies too. Best of all, a portion of all sales at Sweet goes to Women Lead Arkansas organization. IMG_1909There are plenty of great shopping opportunities at Outlets of Little Rock like Gymboree, Restoration Hardware, and Gap. (I dropped a load of cash at Gap last night.) IMG_1910IMG_1912And when you need to take a break, Outlets of Little Rock has several comfy seating areas. So grab a cup of TCBY and rest your feet. You’ll need your energy to get to all the stores.

Here is the schedule for the Grand Opening weekend. Carson Kressley is hosting a fashion show tomorrow afternoon. That should be a hoot! There is a Kids Day on Sunday. And best of all, there are great sales and deals all weekend long! So please check it out.

You’ve been pooping wrong.

What if I told you that you’ve been pooping wrong all along? *

According to the people at Squatty Potty, “The modern day toilet is convenient, but has one major fault; it requires us to sit. While sitting to do our business may be considered ‘civilized’, studies show the natural squat position improves our ability to eliminate.”

Squatty Potty changed my life. I get a full release. I do! Nobody wants a piece still in there… I hated that feeling. Now, with Squatty Potty, I put my feet up and each time I go ‘Oh Squatty, you saved me again! Squatty Potty to the rescue! I love you, Squatty!’ I’ve had another perfect doodie.  – HOWARD STERN

I’ve got my own Squatty Potty coming in the mail, so stay tuned for my personal review.

Starting Her Love of Shoes Early

I received a complementary pair of Lili Collection shoes for review purposes. All opinions are my own.

My 8 month old baby girl already has about a dozen pairs of shoes thanks to a sweet friend, prescription Jodi, who gave us her girls’ hand-me-downs. So I was super excited when Lili Collection approached me to review their handmade baby and toddler shoes.

Megan Linke, the founder of Lili Collection, was inspired to start the company in 2013 after the birth of her son, Liam. She made him a pair of moccasins that quickly became a hit with the hip babies across Manhattan, and Lili Collection was born.

My baby girl will be sporting a pair of the Blush Animoccs. Animal faces + Moccs = Animoccs. Megan’s friend came up with the name “Animoccs” which are becoming one of the hottest crazes in the baby shoe market. IMG_9681These are a size 6-12 months and still a bit large for Baby Girl. I’ll update this post in a few months when they fit her better, so you can see how cute they are on.

You can follow Lili Collection on social media:

I’m sure these won’t be our last pair of Lili Collection shoes!
